Allison has been the Head of Casting on shows for Netflix, Disney+, Apple, HBO+, NBC, ABC, FOX, MTV, E!, TBS, TLC and more.  Kaz has cast and helped launch hit reality shows for over a decade including NBC’s The Biggest Loser, Fox's MasterChef, CW’s Beauty and the Geek, ABC’s Extreme Makeover, Fox's Lego Masters, Netflix's Twenty Somethings, Disney's Foodtastic, NBC's Making It & Baking It, TNT's The Hero & Wake Up Call with "The Rock", NBC's Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls, Fashion Star & E!'s House of DVF to name a few. Kaz received her start working for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Building her company on storytelling through characters, Kaz approaches casting with a producers lens and has a passion for finding great characters and documenting their journey!  Focusing on a diverse range of casting from Network Competitions, Docu-series, Relationship based shows, Kids, Chefs, Entrepreneurs, Investors, Hosts and Talent Development, she has an eye for finding great characters and knows the reality sector inside and out.
